Privacy Policy

This website is run by PayrollRX LLC of Metairie, Louisiana. This page covers what information this website collects and what we do with it. It applies to this site and its pages only. Payroll client data lives in our payroll systems and is governed by our client agreements, not this page.

The short version

• We do not sell your information.
• The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form.
• We use it only to answer you.
• This site runs no analytics, no ad trackers, and no cookies of our own.

What you give us

The contact and quote forms. If you send the form, we receive your name, company, contact details, and whatever you write in the message. Form submissions are delivered to us by CoreRail, who built and maintain this site, using the email service Resend to carry the message to our inbox. We use what you send only to answer you and to prepare the quote you asked for. That is the whole list. If you never send the form, this site collects nothing from you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising tags. If we add a measurement tool later, this page will be updated first to say exactly what it is and what it records.

Embeds and third parties

Fonts are hosted on our own site, so your visit is not reported to a font service. The Client Login link goes to isolved, the payroll platform our clients use; once you're on isolved's pages, isolved's own privacy policy applies. The directions link on the contact page opens Google Maps in a new request; that visit is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Who we share with

Form messages pass through CoreRail's form service and the email provider Resend to reach us. Nobody else sees what you send. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

Email holly@payrollrx.com to see, correct, or delete anything you've sent through this site, and we'll answer within 30 days. Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This site does not change what it collects in response to those signals, because this page already describes everything it collects.

Kids

This site is for business owners and is not aimed at children under 13.

Changes

If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
