Accessibility

PayrollRX wants every business owner to be able to use this site, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What that looks like here

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
• Headings, landmarks, and labels are structured for screen readers.
• Text colors meet the 4.5:1 contrast standard.
• Forms have visible labels, and errors are announced, not just shown.
• Animation is subtle and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• You can zoom the page as far as your browser allows. We never lock it.

The client portal

The Client Login link goes to isolved, a payroll platform that runs its own pages. We don't control isolved's accessibility. If any part of it doesn't work for you, call us at 504.520.8368 and your rep will handle what you needed to do there.
